Zenco Metal Finishers handles both large and small quantities of work, specialises in both aluminium powder coating and steel powder coating, and operates the very latest spray technology across two state-of-the-art spray booths (7x2x2.2m) and two ovens (3x3x2.1m).

We only use quality products in our process -
Powder - Axzo Nobel Interpon Poly Coat, Asian & Joton Cleaning & Pre-treatment: Henkel Chembond Ltd.
For pre-treatment of Aluminiums we have 7m long dip tanks for etching and chromatins the product prior to coating.
We also have the facility to strip used steel products that have previously coated, using our 7m long hot acid strip tank.
And lastly, we offer one of the fastest turnaround services currently available with the ease of a free pick up & delivery service.

Company Profile
M/s. Zenco Metal Finishers a proprietary firm with Mr. John Moses was set up on 1997 and operates from R-714, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Rabale. The firm is into the business of powder coating and is utilizing state of the art technology for the same. M/s. Zenco Metal Finishers have shown a steady growth in business over the years as can be judged from their sales figures. Furthermore, we have incorporated new technologies to improve the efficiency, reduce cost and improve the quality of the finished product. We presently have a totally automated conveyorised powder coating set-up. The firm caters primarily to industrial units in the MIDC area and has a steady flow of clientele on account of the quality finish provided.

The firm has till date been primarily concentration on powder coating and have spent considerable resources in developing the same. As part of the expansion plans the firm wants to get into fabrication acitivites as well, which will be a backward integration to the existing core business of powder coating.

The firm is in the business of getting ISO 9001-2008 certification and will be one of the rare firms/ companies in the powder coating business to be ISO certified.

Mr. John Moses, has vast technical and practical experience in the powder coating business. He has, as proprietor of the company spearheaded the growth of M/s. Zenco Metal Finishers to bring it to the stature it is today.

Mr. Moses is a qualified B.Sc. Chemistry graduate with Mechanical engineering background. He is a true entrepreneur and despite having very lucrative job offers decided to tread the path of having his own business.

Mr. Moses takes personal interest in all the aspects of the business from marketing, to job execution, administration, finance and collections.
